I think I have a problem…it’s called PICKLING!
Today myself and a good friend, Ms. Munro, decided to try pickling again. We made carrots and beets! This time with pickling though we wanted to try and make them as close to clean eating as possible. So we changed up the ingredients a little bit:
For the carrots:
Apple cider vinegar
For the beets:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Next up, spicy asparagus and beans!
