End of Summer

I love any reason to have a dinner party! Whether it is a casual get together with friends or a special event, cooking and relaxing with friends over good food and drinks is a great time to me!

This weekend we had our good friends, the Cools, over for dinner. Our dinner was a great horseradish and salt crusted prime rib, farm fresh baby carrots & yam with a pickled nectarine and burrata salad! I found the salad recipe on the Bon Appetit website and its too good not to share!

  1. The addition of the nectarine to the salad was a nice touch! It blended very nicely and was a delicious compliment to the prime rib!!
